T & T RETREAT – TIME MANAGEMENT AND TEAM BUILDING “007″ STYLE
TOTAL – 2.5 DAY TRAINING SESSION

TIME MANAGEMENT
1 DAY TRAINING

PURPOSE:

  • Increase Productivity
  • Increase Performance
  • Increase Quality
  • Reduce Cost and Reduce Stress

OBJECTIVES:

  • Recognize Time Management Challenges
  • Recognize Time Wasters
  • Learn tools for better productivity and performance
  • Learn principles that can be duplicated
  • To change habits and thought processes that are no longer functional
  • To change attitudes and actions that inhibit production
  • To accept (2) Time Waster challenges for instructor tracking and measuring

Time Management refers to the development of processes, behaviors, actions, habits, attitudes, and tools that increase daily effectiveness, efficiency, and organization. Time Management I taught by Matrix Leadership teaches (14) Time Management Skills, including (15) Time Wasters in order to identify individual challenges and recognize how they currently spend or waste their time vs. how they should be spending their time for maximum productivity and performance. Unfortunately, most employees have more potential than performance. Statistics show most employees only use 20% of their potential. Increasing productivity closes the gap between potential and performance.

Developing Time Management skills is an imperative leadership and management tool. Today companies and organizations are down-sizing and cutting budgets but we still live in a very fast-paced society, making Time Management crucial to an organization’s success.

TEAM BUILDING “007″ STYLE
1.5 DAY TRAINING SESSION

PURPOSE:

  1. To create and motivate a team in order to strengthen working relationships.
  2. To create and motivate a team in order to increase commitment, results, and benefits.
  3. To create and motivate a team in order to increase productivity, increase performance, increase quality, and reduce cost.
  4. To create and motivate a team in order to establish fulfilling working partnerships through opportunities, incentives, rewards, and a strong sense of direction.

OBJECTIVE:

  1. Learn the true meaning of team building-No “I” in Team
  2. Learn “HOW” to build a successful team
  3. Learn what “NOT” to do as a manager, supervisor, or team player
  4. Learn Effective Success Factors for Team Building

Team Building is all about training and performance development. Leaders use insight to encourage members of their team, department, or staff to build on what they already do well, instead of trying to “FIX” their weaker talents and skills. Leaders use abilities already in place and ready to be used. Leaders assess an individual’s abilities and provide training, coaching, and development opportunities that will help a person increase skills, capabilities, abilities, and talents.

There is not much lecture time in the classroom given to TEAM BUILDING. Most of the lecture time is done as a seamless design out in the field during Search and Discovery or Orienteering, as well as, during the High and Low Ropes Course. There is always a debrief at the end of each TEAM BUILDING day to reflect on what was learned, successes made, and the personal “a-ha’s” discovered about self and team.
