PURPOSE:
Stress is normal. Everyone feels stress related to work, family, finances, decisions, future, and more. It is how we respond to the internal and external stressful situations in our lives that can make or break us. When constantly reacting to small and large stressful events we must make physical, mental and emotional adjustments to counter their effect.

The key to stress management is to determine the right amount of stress that can generate energy, ambition, and enthusiasm versus the wrong amount of stress that harms health and well-being.
