Jojo L. Myers

Together, excellence and style create those rare individuals who seem to get the most out of life.  They radiate a combination of inner peace and enthusiasm for living.  They are often called charismatic or natural leaders.  You love just being around this type of individual – their energy and positive outlook are contagious.

Jojo Myers is one of those rare individuals.  She combines professional excellence with personal style in everything she does.  A reputation for outstanding results and 27 years of experience, qualify her as an expert in Leadership and Management Development.  In 1983, she wrote her first (1st) curriculum for Draughon Business College called Personality and Professional Development or PPD.

Following her passion to achieve success in professional sales, project management and corporate executive training led to the creation of Matrix Leadership, LLC.  As CEO, she founded the company to help individuals in organizations examine core competencies and strategically re-structure resulting in increased profits.  She pinpoints the breakthroughs that create results.  She brings fresh, provocative insights to organizational challenges.

Jojo is a part-time Instructor for Western Nevada College providing services through their Workforce Development and Training Center.  She is a certified Leadership Management Institute instructor, providing facilitation of the highly acclaimed LMI program.  She holds the honor of being only one of three facilitators accredited to teach the LMI process in Nevada through Morrell & Associates. MBTI certified she also teaches negotiation, communications and time management courses.

She dedicates much of her time giving back to the community that has given so much to her.  Through the seminars she holds, she donates a percentage of the proceeds to such charitable organizations as Boys & Girls Club, and Center Point Christian Fellowship.  She has served as President of Business Networking International, Vice President of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and is active on the Northern Nevada Development Authority advisory committees.

A true adventurer, she was a member of the air team that flew search and rescue missions looking for downed aircraft in Alaska.  She successfully climbed “Fourteeners” when she lived in Colorado.  To overcome her fear of water, she became a scuba diver.

Jojo has never been happier.  She does work she loves, is engaged to the man of her dreams and brings her philosophy and passion for results to her family, her work and her community.
